These Zero-Sugar Greek Yogurt Brownies offer a rich, indulgent chocolate treat without the sugar, thanks to Greek yogurt and a sugar-free sweetener. Perfect for those on a low-carb or sugar-free diet.

Ingredients

½ cup Greek yogurt

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ cup almond flour

¼ cup sugar-free sweetener (e.g., erythritol, monk fruit)

½ teaspoon baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

¼ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, unsweetened cocoa powder, almond flour, sugar-free sweetener, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and unsweetened almond milk to the bowl and mix until smooth.
  4. If you’re using sugar-free dark chocolate chips, fold them into the batter at this point.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few crumbs.
  7. Let the brownies cool in the pan before slicing them into squares and serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter or almond butter to the batter.

Use dairy-free yogurt and non-dairy milk for a completely dairy-free version.

Chopped nuts or dried fruit can be added for extra texture and flavor.

Feel free to swap the sugar-free sweetener for your favorite low-calorie sweetener.
