These Watermelon Feta Skewers offer a refreshing balance of sweet, tangy, and savory flavors, perfect for summer gatherings. Ingredients

1 small watermelon

6 oz blueberries

7 oz block feta (or dairy-free Violife feta)

23 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes.

  • Cube the feta to match the size of the watermelon.

  • Thread a piece of watermelon, a blueberry, and a cube of feta onto each skewer. Repeat until all ingredients are used.

  • Arrange on a platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

  • Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Drain excess liquid from watermelon if storing.

To make it vegan, use plant-based feta and ensure the balsamic glaze is vegan-friendly.
