These Watermelon Feta Skewers offer a refreshing balance of sweet, tangy, and savory flavors, perfect for summer gatherings. 1 small watermelon
6 oz blueberries
7 oz block feta (or dairy-free Violife feta)
2–3 tbsp balsamic glaze
Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes.
Cube the feta to match the size of the watermelon.
Thread a piece of watermelon, a blueberry, and a cube of feta onto each skewer. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
Arrange on a platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Drain excess liquid from watermelon if storing.
