Vanilla Milk Tea is a comforting and aromatic drink blending rich black tea with smooth vanilla flavor and creamy milk. This simple yet elegant beverage is perfect for cozy mornings or relaxing afternoons. Easy to customize in sweetness and creaminess, it offers a warm, soothing experience ideal for tea lovers and dessert drink fans alike.

Ingredients

1 vanilla bean or 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

1 teaspoon black tea leaves or 1 tea bag

1 cup water

¼ cup milk

1 teaspoon sugar (or to taste)

Instructions

  • Bring 1 cup water to a gentle boil in a small saucepan.

  • If using vanilla bean, split and scrape seeds into water; add pod too. If using vanilla bean paste, add it directly.

  • Add black tea leaves or tea bag and steep 3-5 minutes.

  • Remove tea leaves/bag and vanilla pod.

  • Stir in sugar until dissolved.

  • Add milk and heat gently until warmed (do not boil).

  • Pour into a cup and serve warm.

Notes

Use almond, oat, or soy milk for a dairy-free option.

Sweeten with honey, maple syrup, or preferred sweetener instead of sugar.

Serve iced by chilling and pouring over ice.

Add cinnamon or nutmeg for extra warmth.

Froth milk for a latte-like texture if desired.
