A refreshing Mediterranean-inspired naan pizza topped with creamy tzatziki sauce, shredded chicken, fresh vegetables, and melty mozzarella, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

2 naan breads

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cucumber, grated and drained

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki sauce.
  3. Place naan breads on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  4. Spread a thin layer of tzatziki sauce over each naan.
  5. Top with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven, drizzle with extra tzatziki if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Grate and drain cucumber well to avoid a watery sauce.

Use store-bought tzatziki for a faster option.

Swap chicken for shrimp or extra veggies for a vegetarian version.
