Tortilla Things are a creamy, cheesy, and spicy snack made with cream cheese, shredded jalapeño pepper jack cheese, sweet corn, and egg, baked to bubbly perfection. Served with crunchy Tostitos Scoops, this easy recipe is ideal for parties, game days, or casual snacking, delivering bold flavors and a satisfying texture in every bite.
10 oz bag of Tostitos Scoops
8 oz block cream cheese, softened
8 oz block jalapeño pepper jack cheese, shredded
15 oz can sweet whole kernel corn, drained
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded jalapeño pepper jack cheese, drained corn, and egg. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
