These Crispy Breakfast Potatoes are the perfect addition to any breakfast or brunch. With a golden, crispy exterior and soft, fluffy interior, they’re seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika for a smoky, savory flavor. Easy to make and incredibly delicious, these potatoes will quickly become a breakfast staple!
1½ lbs Russet potatoes, peeled and chopped into ½ inch pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp smoked paprika
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the Potatoes: Peel and chop the Russet potatoes into ½-inch pieces. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture for better crispiness.
Season the Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Ensure the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasoning.
