2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1½ cups cold apple juice
1 cup cold strawberry juice or nectar
½ cup sweetened condensed milk (or adjust to taste)
1 cup cold water
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Ice cubes (as needed)
Optional toppings: extra sliced strawberries, apple chunks, mint leaves
Prepare the fruit: Hull and halve the strawberries, peel, core, and slice the apples.
Blend the fruit: In a blender, combine strawberries and apples. Blend until smooth, then strain to remove pulp (optional).
Combine the liquids: In a large pitcher, mix apple juice, strawberry juice, cold water, and lemon juice.
Add the fruit puree: Pour the fruit puree into the pitcher and stir well to combine.
Sweeten the punch: Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until dissolved. Adjust sweetness if needed.
Chill and serve: Fill glasses with ice and pour the punch over. Garnish with extra fruit slices and mint leaves.
Frozen fruit: Use frozen fruit as ice cubes for a colder punch without dilution.
Sparkling version: Add sparkling water or lemon-lime soda for a fizzy kick.
