This quick and refreshing 10 Minute Strawberry Salsa combines sweet strawberries, spicy jalapenos, zesty lime, and fresh cilantro for a vibrant, healthy condiment. Ingredients

3 cups strawberries, hulled and diced

2 jalapenos, deseeded and diced

¼ cup red onion, diced

½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice and zest of 1 lime

Salt, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine diced strawberries, jalapenos, red onion, and cilantro.

  2. Add lime juice and zest, gently tossing to combine.

  3. Season with salt to taste if desired.
