Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding is a creamy, no-bake dessert combining the rich flavors of cheesecake with the sweetness of strawberries and bananas. Layered with vanilla wafer cookies and a velvety pudding filling, it’s the perfect crowd-pleasing treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

For the Pudding:

1 box instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

1 can sweetened condensed milk

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Layers:

1 lb strawberries, sliced

34 bananas, sliced

1 box vanilla wafer cookies, crushed (or graham cracker crumbs)

For Topping:

1 cup strawberry puree

1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk until the pudding thickens, about 2 minutes. Set aside to firm up while preparing the other layers.

  2. Make the cheesecake filling: Beat the softened cream cheese in a separate bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until fluffy and fully combined.

  3. Combine the pudding and cheesecake filling: Add the prepared pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture, blending until smooth to create a creamy cheesecake-like filling.

  4. Assemble the pudding layers: In a trifle dish or serving bowl, layer crushed vanilla wafer cookies (or graham cracker crumbs) at the bottom. Top with sliced bananas and strawberries.

  5. Layer the filling: Spoon a generous layer of the cheesecake-pudding mixture over the fruit and cookies. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of cheesecake-pudding mixture on top.

  6. Top with strawberry puree and whipped topping: Drizzle strawberry puree over the top layer. Finish with whipped topping, spreading it evenly.

  7. Chill and serve: Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours, or overnight, for the best flavor and consistency.

  8. Garnish and serve: Garnish with additional fresh sliced strawberries, banana slices, or crushed cookies before serving.

Notes

Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. The flavors improve as it sits.

Variations:

Different Fruit: Swap bananas and strawberries with blueberries, raspberries, or peaches.

Chocolate Layer: Add a layer of chocolate pudding for a chocolate twist.

Gluten-Free Option: Use gluten-free vanilla wafer cookies or graham cracker crumbs.
