Ingredients

12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (high quality, divided)

8 oz mini pretzel twists (half of a 16-oz bag)

11 oz Kraft Caramel Bits or homemade caramel

Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.

  2. Melt half the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

  3. Spread melted chocolate evenly on the bottom of the pan.

  4. Sprinkle mini pretzels evenly over the chocolate layer.

  5. Melt caramel bits until smooth; pour evenly over pretzels.

  6. Melt remaining chocolate chips and drizzle or spread over caramel layer.

  7. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt.

  8. Refrigerate at least 2 hours until firm.

  9. Lift bars out using parchment edges, cut, and serve.

Notes

Swap semi-sweet for dark or milk chocolate as preferred.

Add chopped nuts for extra crunch.

Sprinkle crushed pretzels on top for decoration.

Drizzle with white chocolate for contrast.

Use homemade caramel sauce for richer flavor.
