1 rutabaga
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Salt & pepper to taste
2 teaspoons dry paprika
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Peel rutabaga and cut it into thin fries (about ¼ inch thick).
Toss fries in olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
Spread fries in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
