2 cups mini marshmallows

3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding

32 oz tub of vanilla yogurt

12 oz package of frozen raspberries

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla yogurt and instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until smooth and well combined.

  • Add the Cool Whip and gently fold it into the mixture.

  • Stir in the mini marshmallows evenly.

  • Gently fold in the frozen raspberries, breaking them up slightly but leaving some chunks intact.

  • Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld.

  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

You can substitute frozen raspberries with fresh raspberries or try other berries like strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries.

For a lighter version, use sugar-free Cool Whip, sugar-free vanilla pudding, and low-fat yogurt.

Feel free to add mix-ins like nuts or shredded coconut for extra texture.

This dessert can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
