Ingredients

2 tablespoons Torani raspberry syrup

12 tablespoons heavy cream (or half and half)

1 cup sparkling water

Ice

Whipped topping (optional)

Instructions

  2. Add the Raspberry Syrup: Pour 2 tablespoons of Torani raspberry syrup over the ice in the glass.
