Ranch burgers combine juicy beef patties with Hidden Valley® Ranch seasoning, topped with fresh veggies, melted cheese, and creamy ranch dressing. Served on butter-toasted sesame rolls with crunchy potato chips, these burgers are a quick, flavorful meal perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

For the Burger:

1 pound ground lean beef

1 tablespoon Hidden Valley® Dry Dips Packet

Toppings:

Butter-toasted sesame rolls

Sliced cheese (cheddar, American, or your favorite variety)

Fresh lettuce

Sliced ripe tomatoes

Sliced red onions

Hidden Valley Original Ranch dressing

A handful of potato chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the burger patties: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with the Hidden Valley® Dry Dips Packet. Mix well to evenly incorporate the seasoning into the meat. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.

  2. Cook the burgers: Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheese on each patty and cover the skillet or grill to melt the cheese.

  3. Toast the buns: While the burgers are cooking, butter the sesame rolls and toast them in a separate skillet or on the grill until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.

  4. Assemble the burgers: Place the cooked patties with melted cheese on the bottom half of each toasted sesame roll. Top with fresh lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and sliced red onions. Drizzle Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® dressing over the toppings.

  5. Add the finishing touch: Place the top half of the toasted bun on the burger and add a handful of crunchy potato chips for extra flavor and texture.

  6. Serve: Serve immediately with a side of extra ranch dressing for dipping if desired.

Notes

Cheese options: Swap the cheese for provolone, Swiss, or even pepper jack for a spicy twist.

Vegetarian option: Use veggie or plant-based burgers instead of beef patties.

Grilled veggies: Add grilled mushrooms, bell peppers, or zucchini for added flavor.
