This homemade Perfect Bar recipe offers a healthy, delicious alternative to store-bought protein bars. Packed with protein, healthy fats, and natural sweeteners, these bars are perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat. Customizable and easy to make, they’re both nutritious and indulgent!
3/4 cup almond flour
3/4 cup oat flour
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup milk of choice
1/3 – 1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1/4 tsp sea salt
In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour, oat flour, and protein powder together.
Add the peanut butter, milk of choice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips and sea salt.
Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish or silicone bar mold. Press down evenly to ensure the mixture is compact.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up before cutting into bars.
Storage: Store the bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.
Vegan Option: Use plant-based protein powder and substitute maple syrup with agave syrup for a vegan version. Ensure the chocolate chips are dairy-free.
Nut-Free Option: Replace peanut butter with sunflower seed butter or another nut-free alternative.
Customization: Add-ins like dried fruit, chopped nuts, or additional chocolate chips can be added to your liking.
