This homemade Perfect Bar recipe offers a healthy, delicious alternative to store-bought protein bars. Packed with protein, healthy fats, and natural sweeteners, these bars are perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat. Customizable and easy to make, they’re both nutritious and indulgent!

 

Ingredients

3/4 cup almond flour

3/4 cup oat flour

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup milk of choice

1/31/2 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour, oat flour, and protein powder together.

  • Add the peanut butter, milk of choice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well combined.

  • Fold in the chocolate chips and sea salt.

  • Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish or silicone bar mold. Press down evenly to ensure the mixture is compact.

  • Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up before cutting into bars.

Notes

Storage: Store the bars in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.

Vegan Option: Use plant-based protein powder and substitute maple syrup with agave syrup for a vegan version. Ensure the chocolate chips are dairy-free.

Nut-Free Option: Replace peanut butter with sunflower seed butter or another nut-free alternative.

Customization: Add-ins like dried fruit, chopped nuts, or additional chocolate chips can be added to your liking.
