Ingredients

1 heaping cup frozen peaches

3/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/4 cup cottage cheese

2 tablespoons old-fashioned oats

2 teaspoons pure maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dash of cinnamon

Ice, as needed

Instructions

  1. Combine frozen peaches, milk, protein powder, cottage cheese, oats, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a blender.
  2. Add ice cubes to reach desired thickness.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping sides as needed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, adding more maple syrup if preferred.
