This Peach Salsa is a refreshing and flavorful twist on traditional salsa, combining sweet peaches, spicy jalapeños, and fresh cilantro. Perfect for tacos, grilled meats, or as a dip, it’s a light, healthy, and vibrant side dish that brings a burst of flavor to any meal.

Ingredients

2 cups ripe peaches, diced

½ cup chopped red onion

½ cup chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon minced jalapeño (seeds removed, about one small jalapeño pepper)

½ lime, juiced (about one tablespoon)

½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine diced peaches, chopped red onion, cilantro, and minced jalapeño.
  • Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and add salt.
  • Stir gently to combine all ingredients, ensuring even distribution of flavors.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled as a topping, side dish, or dip.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. Best enjoyed fresh, but still delicious after a short time.

Add a sweet kick by drizzling honey or agave syrup. For more heat, keep jalapeño seeds or use a second pepper.
