2 lb Patty pan squash (cut into pieces of the same size; you can cut them in half, quarters, or wedges if larger)
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper

1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
