One-Pan Angel Hair Chimichurri Pasta is a quick and flavorful meal that combines delicate angel hair pasta with rich, herb-packed chimichurri butter. This easy dish is vibrant, zesty, and perfect for busy weeknights or when you want to impress guests with minimal effort.

Ingredients

For the Pasta:

4 cups filtered water

1 tsp salt

4 oz angel hair pasta (organic)

2 tbsp chimichurri compound butter (2 rounds or coins)

For Garnish:

1 tsp cilantro and parsley leaves (fresh)

1 tsp grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the Pasta:
    In a large pan, bring 4 cups of filtered water and 1 teaspoon of salt to a boil over medium-high heat.

  2. Cook the Pasta:
    Once the water is boiling, add the angel hair pasta. Stir occasionally to prevent the pasta from sticking together. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente.

  3. Add the Chimichurri Butter:
    Once the pasta is cooked, reduce the heat to low. Add the chimichurri compound butter to the pan and stir until the butter has melted and evenly coats the pasta. Allow it to cook for an additional 1-2 minutes for the flavors to meld.

  4. Garnish and Serve:
    Remove the pan from the heat. Serve the pasta, garnished with fresh cilantro and parsley leaves, and a sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a heartier meal, add grilled chicken, shrimp, or a fried egg on top.

Vegetables like sautéed spinach, roasted cherry tomatoes, or bell peppers would add flavor and texture.

Spice up the dish by adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chimichurri butter.
