The Ninja Creami Protein Milkshake is a creamy, protein-packed treat made with oat milk, peanut butter, and vanilla protein powder. This milkshake is a delicious and nutritious way to fuel your day, perfect for a post-workout snack or a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

2 cups oat milk

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup oat milk

23 tablespoons chocolate syrup (lower-sugar or sugar-free options are best!)

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the oat milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and vanilla protein powder. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm enough to scoop.
  3. Once frozen, scoop the mixture into your Ninja Creami container. Add the extra 1/2 cup of oat milk and the chocolate syrup.
  4. Place the container in the Ninja Creami machine and select the “Milkshake” setting to blend the mixture into a creamy consistency.
  5. Pour into a glass, garnish with additional chocolate syrup or peanut butter drizzle, and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by increasing the maple syrup or adding a sweetener like stevia or honey.

Substitute peanut butter with almond butter or another nut butter for different flavors.

Use lower-sugar or sugar-free chocolate syrup if preferred. You can also make homemade chocolate syrup using cocoa powder, sweetener, and water.
