Mummy Stromboli is a festive Halloween twist on classic stromboli. Layers of pepperoni, salami, provolone, and mozzarella are wrapped in pizza dough, baked golden, and decorated with mummy bandages and candy eyeballs. Perfect for parties or themed family dinners.
27.6 ounces refrigerated pizza dough (about 2 cans)
¼ pound pepperoni
¼ pound hard salami
9 slices provolone cheese
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
⅓ cup grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Black food coloring
2 candy, googly, or toy eyeballs
Marinara or pizza sauce for dipping
Add cooked sausage or other favorite deli meats for extra flavor.
