Ingredients

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons lime juice

12 jalapeños, diced

1 avocado, diced

Optional: hot sauce to taste

Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the Shrimp:

    • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and fully cooked.

    • Remove the shrimp from the water and immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to cool. Drain and pat dry.
