225 g (1⅓ cups) high-quality white chocolate (e.g., Callebaut, Lindt)
150 g (⅔ cup) unsalted butter
100 g (½ cup) granulated sugar
100 g (½ cup) brown sugar
3 large eggs, room temperature
250 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
3–4 tablespoons matcha powder (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon salt
150 g (1 cup) white chocolate chips (to fold in)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang.
Melt white chocolate and butter together until smooth; cool slightly.
Whisk sugars and eggs until light and fluffy.
Gradually mix in melted chocolate mixture.
