1 pound frozen diced potatoes
12 ounces jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails optional)
4 ears corn, shucked and cut into 3-inch pieces
12 ounces andouille sausage, sliced into coins
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Toss frozen diced potatoes with 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning until evenly coated.
Spread potatoes evenly in a large baking dish.
Arrange corn pieces and sausage slices evenly over potatoes.
