This KFC Coleslaw Copycat recipe brings the signature creamy, tangy, and sweet flavor of the iconic KFC coleslaw straight to your kitchen. With finely chopped cabbage, carrots, and a creamy dressing, it’s the perfect side dish for any meal or gathering.

Ingredients

8 cups green cabbage, finely chopped

2 carrots, finely chopped

1 cup Miracle Whip

½ cup granulated sugar

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

½ teaspoon celery salt

¼ cup yellow onion, very finely chopped

Instructions

  • Prepare the vegetables: Finely chop the cabbage and carrots using a knife or food processor.

  • Make the dressing: In a bowl, combine Miracle Whip, sugar, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, celery salt, and finely chopped onion. Stir until smooth.

  • Combine the cabbage and carrots: Add the chopped cabbage and carrots to the dressing mixture and toss to coat evenly.
