Naturally sweet and refreshing apple juice made with crisp apples, fresh lemon, and a touch of honey perfect for a healthy, homemade drink in minutes.

Ingredients

4 medium organic apples (Gala or Honeycrisp recommended)

3 cups filtered water

½ lemon, freshly squeezed (or 1 teaspoon lemon juice)

1 tablespoon organic raw honey

5 mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash, core, and chop apples into chunks. Peeling is optional.
  2. Add apples, filtered water, lemon juice, and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. For clear juice, strain through a fine mesh strainer, nut milk bag, or cheesecloth, pressing to extract liquid.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes

No need to peel apples unless a smoother texture is preferred.

Lemon juice preserves color and adds brightness.

For added flavor, blend in cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, or other fruits.

Omit honey for children under one year old.

Juice may naturally separate—shake before serving.
