4 salmon fillets (around 1 lb total, skin on, raw)
8 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt and black pepper
5 cups cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
