½ pineapple, cut into spears

½ cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Prepare the pineapple: Peel and core the pineapple, then cut into 1-inch wide spears.

  • Make the coating: In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon until combined.

  • Coat the pineapple: Rub the sugar-cinnamon mixture evenly over the pineapple spears.
