These Greek Yogurt Popsicles are a healthy and refreshing treat made with creamy Greek yogurt, honey, and fresh fruit. Perfect for a cool, protein-packed snack on hot days.

Ingredients

2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt

¼ cup honey (omit if using sweetened yogurt)

3 cups fruit (such as fresh berries, mango, peaches, or pineapple)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and honey until smooth and well combined.
  2. If using fresh berries, roughly chop them or blend them into a puree for a smoother texture.
  3. Gently fold the fruit into the yogurt mixture, leaving chunks for a textured popsicle or mixing it evenly for a smoother treat.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them evenly.
  5. Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  6. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  7. Serve immediately or store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Try swapping the mixed berries for tropical fruits like mango, peaches, or pineapple for a refreshing twist.

For a fun twist, alternate layers of yogurt and fruit in the molds to create layered popsicles.

Add chopped nuts like almonds or pistachios to the yogurt mixture for extra crunch.

Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top of the popsicles before freezing for a chocolatey addition.

For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt or almond milk yogurt.
