Greek Yogurt Bark is a refreshing, protein-packed snack or breakfast treat featuring creamy Greek yogurt sweetened with honey, layered with fresh fruit, and topped with chocolate chips or granola. Easy to prepare and customizable, it’s a healthy and guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (2%)

2 tablespoons honey

⅓ cup strawberries, diced

1 banana, sliced

½ cup mini chocolate chips or crushed chocolate treat or granola

3 tablespoons blueberry jam

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Mix Greek yogurt and honey in a bowl until combined.

  • Spread yogurt mixture evenly over the baking sheet, about ¼ to ½ inch thick.

  • Dollop blueberry jam over the yogurt and swirl gently with a toothpick or knife.

  • Sprinkle diced strawberries, banana slices, and mini chocolate chips (or granola) evenly on top.

  • Freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.

  • Break or cut into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Substitute blueberry jam with raspberry or strawberry jam.

Use kiwi, blueberries, or mango chunks as fruit alternatives.

Replace chocolate chips with nuts or seeds for crunch.
