4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley and lemon slices for garnish

  2. Add steak to skillet and cook 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to preference. Remove and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and crushed red pepper flakes; sauté 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. Add zucchini noodles and toss gently 2-3 minutes until just tender but still firm. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Remove from heat; garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices. Serve immediately.

Notes

Substitute flank steak with sirloin or ribeye if preferred.

Add cherry tomatoes or mushrooms for extra texture.

Use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic for milder flavor.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice over dish for extra zest.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese for richness.
