A creamy and colorful fruit salad made with Cool Whip, pudding mix, marshmallows, and fresh and canned fruits. A quick, crowd-pleasing dessert or side dish perfect for potlucks and family gatherings.

Ingredients

8 oz Cool Whip

1 (3.4 oz) pudding mix (vanilla recommended)

⅔ cup mini marshmallows

½ cup blueberries

1 cup strawberries, quartered

1 cup grapes, halved

2 mandarins, peeled and sectioned

27 maraschino cherries

1 cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, fold the pudding mix into the Cool Whip until smooth and combined.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and stir to incorporate.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries, strawberries, grapes, mandarins, cherries, and pineapple.
  4. Mix until all the fruit is evenly coated with the creamy mixture.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Use sugar-free pudding and light Cool Whip for a lighter version.

Swap in bananas, apples, or peaches for different flavors and textures.
