½ cup sugar

1 (10-ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped

1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

¾ cup chopped strawberries

½ cup chopped pecans

½ cup shredded sweetened coconut

1 (8-ounce) carton Cool Whip, thawed

Instructions

  • Beat softened cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.

  • Stir in chopped cherries, crushed pineapple, strawberries, pecans, and coconut until combined.

  • Gently fold in thawed Cool Whip until well mixed.

  • Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze at least 4 hours until firm.

  • Scoop into bowls and serve chilled. Let sit a few minutes at room temperature for easier scooping.

Notes

Substitute fresh or frozen berries for strawberries.

Use walnuts or almonds instead of pecans.

Add orange juice or zest for citrus brightness.

Use unsweetened coconut for less sweetness.

Swap Cool Whip for homemade whipped cream for fresher taste.
