French Bread Pizza is a quick, easy, and customizable way to enjoy pizza at home. With a crispy French bread base topped with savory pizza sauce, melted mozzarella, and your favorite toppings, this dish is perfect for a quick weeknight meal, snack, or party appetizer.

Ingredients

1 loaf French bread, cut in half lengthwise

1 jar (14 oz) pizza sauce

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

¼ teaspoon garlic salt

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (grate your own from a block)

Sliced pepperoni or other toppings you prefer

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Place the halved French bread loaf, cut side up, on a baking sheet.

  • Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce on each half.

  • Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the sauce.

  • Season with Italian seasoning and garlic salt for added flavor.

  • Top with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.

  • Add your desired toppings, such as sliced pepperoni or vegetables.

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
