Ingredients

pounds London Broil (about 1 inch thick)

Marinade Ingredients:

3 tablespoons fresh chopped rosemary

¼ cup honey

½ cup low-sodium soy sauce

½ cup olive oil

6 cloves garlic, chopped

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine all marinade ingredients: rosemary, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, kosher salt, and black pepper. Whisk well until honey dissolves.

  • Place the London Broil in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over the meat. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the meat from the marinade and let it come to room temperature.

  • Grill the London Broil for 6-7 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust timing for preferred doneness).

  • Use a meat thermometer to check doneness: 125°F for rare, 135°F for medium-rare, and 145°F for medium.

  • Remove from the grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice against the grain into thin strips and serve.

Notes

Marinate the meat overnight for the best flavor infusion.

Use flank steak or skirt steak as alternatives to London Broil.

Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
