Ingredients

2 cups deli cooked chicken, chopped

2/3 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 celery stalks, chopped

2 tablespoons green onion, chopped

Juice from 1/2 lemon

1 teaspoon dried dill

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, dried cranberries, celery, and green onion.
  2. Add in the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir everything together until well combined. Ensure the mayonnaise evenly coats all the ingredients.
