1 cup dragon fruit, cubed and frozen
1 cup mango, cubed and frozen
2 bananas, quartered and frozen
3/4 cup almond milk (or coconut milk)
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 scoop whey protein powder* (optional; plant-based protein powder can be substituted)
2–4 ice cubes (adjust to desired thickness)

Add almond or coconut milk, lime juice, and protein powder if using.

Include chia or flaxseeds for extra fiber and omega-3s.
Replace lime juice with lemon juice for a different citrus note.
Use frozen coconut water cubes instead of ice for extra hydration.
