Ingredients

3 cans of corn (15 oz cans), drained

½ cup milk

8 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes

½ cup unsalted butter, cut into thin slices

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan, combine the drained corn, milk, cream cheese, and butter over medium heat.

  • Stir frequently until the cream cheese and butter melt into the mixture.

  • Add the sugar, salt, and pepper, stirring until well combined.

  • Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is creamy and heated through.

  • Adjust seasoning to taste, adding more salt or sugar as needed.
