Ingredients

2 cups ice cubes

1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 Oreo cookies

2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Whipped cream for topping

Additional Oreo cookies for garnish
