Ingredients

½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

4 cups coconut water (unsweetened, not from concentrate)

¼ cup maple syrup (or your favorite sweetener)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice and coconut water.

  2. Gradually add maple syrup, stirring well until fully dissolved. Adjust sweetness to taste.
