Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are a healthy and indulgent treat that combines Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and a semi-sweet chocolate coating. They’re easy to make, naturally sweetened, and perfect for a quick snack or light dessert.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups chopped strawberries

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir gently until the strawberries are evenly coated in the yogurt mixture.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy cleanup.
  3. Using a spoon or your hands, scoop small spoonfuls of the yogurt-strawberry mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet, forming clusters.
  4. Freeze the clusters for 1-2 hours or until firm.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler on the stove.
  6. Once the clusters are frozen, drizzle or dip them in the melted chocolate mixture, ensuring each cluster is well-coated.
  7. Return the chocolate-covered clusters to the freezer for an additional 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

For different flavor combinations, swap strawberries for other fruits like raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries.

Use dark chocolate or milk chocolate chips for a different chocolate flavor.

Add chopped nuts like almonds or pistachios for extra crunch and flavor.

Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of the chocolate-covered clusters for a tropical twist.
