Cheat Air Fryer Pistachio Cannoli use flour tortillas to create quick, crispy shells filled with creamy ricotta, chopped pistachios, and a hint of chocolate. Ready in minutes with an air fryer, this easy twist on traditional cannoli offers delicious textures and flavors without deep frying or complex dough.

Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

2 tbsp butter, melted

¼ cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup ricotta cheese

2 tbsp powdered sugar

¼ cup pistachios, finely chopped

¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix sugar and cinnamon. Brush tortillas with melted butter on both sides. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly on both sides.

  • Cut each tortilla in half. Roll halves tightly into cylinders, pressing edges to seal. Secure with toothpicks if needed.

  • Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.

  • Mix ricotta, powdered sugar, pistachios, and chocolate chips until combined.

  • Once shells cool slightly, pipe or spoon filling into each shell.

  • Serve immediately for best texture.
