Ingredients

¾ cup 0% Greek yogurt (175g)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (40g, I use whey)

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 banana (140g)

1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs (8g, from 1 graham cracker)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Slice the banana into rounds and gently fold them into the yogurt mixture, leaving some slices aside for topping.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl, and top with the reserved banana slices and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few minutes to chill before enjoying.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free yogurt and plant-based protein powder.

To make it sweeter, you can add honey, maple syrup, or a sugar-free sweetener like stevia.
