Baked Feta Pasta features juicy roasted grape tomatoes and creamy baked feta cheese blended into a luscious sauce, tossed with bow tie pasta and fresh basil. This easy, trendy dish delivers a perfect balance of tangy, rich, and fresh flavors, ideal for a quick and comforting meal.

Ingredients

2½ cups grape tomatoes, washed and dried

1 (8 oz) block feta cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon salt

5 tablespoons olive oil

¼ cup chopped fresh basil

12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked, drained, and kept warm

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a baking dish, toss grape tomatoes with olive oil, Italian seasoning, and salt.

  • Place feta block in the center among tomatoes; drizzle olive oil over feta.

  • Bake 30-35 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta is soft and lightly golden.

  • Remove from oven and stir tomatoes and melted feta to form a creamy sauce.

  • Add cooked pasta; toss until well coated.

  • Stir in fresh basil.

  • Serve immediately, garnished with additional basil if desired.

Notes

Use cherry or Roma tomatoes as alternatives.

Substitute feta with goat cheese for a tangier flavor.
