Air Fryer Meatloaf is a quick and healthier twist on classic comfort food, combining ground turkey and beef with oats for texture and a tangy ketchup glaze. Cooked evenly in the air fryer, it’s moist, flavorful, and ready faster than traditional methods, perfect for busy weeknights.
1 pound ground turkey
1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons steak sauce
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons steak seasoning
1 teaspoon meatloaf seasoning (optional)
1 cup oats
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup ketchup
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
You will also need:
Parchment paper, Air Fryer
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, ground beef, steak sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, steak seasoning, meatloaf seasoning (if using), and oats. Mix gently until just combined.
Shape mixture into a loaf that fits your air fryer basket.
Line air fryer basket with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal. Place meatloaf on parchment.
Spread ketchup evenly over top of meatloaf.
Air fry at 360°F (182°C) for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Serve warm with favorite sides.
Swap ketchup glaze with BBQ sauce or tomato paste mixed with honey.
Add diced onions, bell peppers, or shredded cheese for extra flavor.
Season with Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, or Worcestershire sauce to customize.
