Ingredients

1 green tea bag (brewed with ½ cup hot water)

3 tablespoons taro powder

1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk or honey (or sugar/sweetener to taste)

1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Instructions

  • Brew the green tea bag in ½ cup hot water for 3-5 minutes. Remove the tea bag.

  • Whisk taro powder with a small amount of the brewed tea until smooth and lump-free.

  • Add remaining brewed tea and sweetened condensed milk or honey to the taro mixture; stir well.

  • Pour in milk and mix thoroughly.

  • Serve over ice or warm, as preferred.
