Ingredients

2 cups (260 grams) frozen diced pineapple

¼ cup water or unsweetened pineapple juice

2 tablespoons maple syrup (you can sub with sugar or honey)

½ lime or lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen diced pineapple, water (or pineapple juice), maple syrup, and lime or lemon juice into a blender or food processor.
